| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the Qt CoAP message parsing (QCoapInternalReply::createFromFrame()) of the Qt CoAP module. Processing a malformed CoAP message can cause an application using Qt CoAP to crash (loss of availability) or to continue operating on incorrect data (potential loss of integrity). | ||||
| CVE-2026-114038 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 4 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-11-03 | 5.1 Medium |
| A flaw was found in device-mapper-multipath. A local user can trigger an out-of-bounds read by sending a command with a format string ending in a trailing percent character to the multipath daemon. This issue can allow the user to expose unintended daemon memory, leading to information disclosure, or cause the daemon to crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-65138 | 2026-11-03 | 6.3 Medium | ||
| NVIDIA Slurm contains an attacker-controlled arbitrary-memory read in the slurmstepd socket API that could be used to ex-filtrate authentication keys. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121505 | 1 Ntpsec | 1 Ntpsec | 2026-11-03 | 3.7 Low |
| An out-of-bounds read in the NTS-KE client response parser (nts_client_process_response_core) in NTPsec before 1.2.4 allows a malicious NTS-KE server to read the client's stack memory, including pointers that defeat ASLR, which the client then sends in cleartext as NTS cookies, via an NTS-KE record whose declared length exceeds the data received. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118444 | 1 Bitdefender | 1 Pybddisasm | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| Out-of-bounds read vulnerabilities in the pybddisasm Python bindings may disclose adjacent process memory during instruction decoding. The nd_decode function may read up to 15 bytes without checking the actual length of the supplied Python buffer. The nd_decode_ex, nd_decode_ex2, and nd_decode_with_context functions pass the caller-supplied buffer size to the decoder without validating it against the actual length of the Python buffer. Data read beyond the buffer may be exposed through nd_get_instrux_bytes, which returns a fixed-length list of 16 bytes. Exploitation requires an application to invoke the affected APIs with a short buffer or an oversized length and to expose the resulting bytes to an attacker. The pybddisasm package is no longer maintained. | ||||
| CVE-2026-40652 | 2026-11-03 | N/A | ||
| An out-of-bounds read condition in the AMD Compressonator SDK could allow an attacker with local access to supply a specially crafted Truevision Advanced Raster Graphics Adapter (TGA) file to a user or an automated pipeline, potentially resulting in disclosure of sensitive heap memory contents or denial of service. | ||||

| CVE-2026-58844 | 1 Google | 1 Android | 2026-11-03 | 8.4 High |
| In multiple locations, there is a possible out of bounds read/write due to an incorrect bounds check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121397 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-11-03 | 4.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.2 contains a heap buffer over-read vulnerability in save_png_to_buffer() that allows malicious RDP servers to leak client memory by sending 16 bpp DIB clipboard data. Attackers can offer a CF_DIB BI_BITFIELDS image that, when converted to PNG for a local application, embeds client heap bytes into the clipboard image. | ||||
| CVE-2026-40660 | 2026-11-03 | N/A | ||
| A heap-based out-of-bounds (OOB) read vulnerability in the AMD Compressonator SDK could allow an attacker with local access to read out-of-bounds heap memory, potentially resulting in information disclosure or application crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121626 | 2026-11-03 | 3.7 Low | ||
| GNU Gatekeeper (gnugk) before 5.16 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in H46024Socket::ReceivedProbePacket() that allows remote attackers to cause a heap over-read by sending short probe packets. Attackers can send a short application-defined RTCP packet to the media port during H.460.24 probing to read past the heap allocation and possibly crash the gatekeeper. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82947 | 1 Rt-labs Ab | 1 Soem | 2026-11-03 | 7.1 High |
| SOEM version 2.0.0 and earlier contains multiple vulnerabilities in frame processing where a malicious device can cause the master to read data outside allocated buffers. The software uses length and offset values from device messages without validating them against buffer sizes. This can cause the master to access invalid memory locations, potentially disclosing sensitive information or causing crashes. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121511 | 1 D3tn | 1 Ud3tn | 2026-11-03 | 7.1 High |

| CVE-2026-63410 | 1 Sgbett | 1 Secp256k1-native | 2026-11-03 | 5.9 Medium |
| secp256k1-native is a native C secp256k1 implementation for Ruby. In affected native builds, native constant-time scalar multiplication through `Point#mul` or `scalar_multiply_ct` can leak timing information about a secret scalar when compiled by a toolchain that reconstructs branchless selection into a branch. The `Montgomery ladder` uses `uint256_select` with an all-zeros or all-ones mask, but affected GCC builds at `-O2` recover the original condition and emit secret-dependent `je` or `jne` jumps whose timing correlates with scalar bits. This defeats the assumption behind the 0.17.0 `jp_add_internal` infinity-branch fix. A consumer must multiply a secret private key or nonce in a context where an attacker can observe timing; repeated measurements can statistically recover scalar bits. The defect is in the compiled binary, so source review or `ctgrind` on a non-reconstructing toolchain may miss it. GCC 14.3.0, 15.1.0, and 15.2.0 reproduced the branch reconstruction, and `extconf.rb` appends `-O2`. Tested GCC versions through 12.4.0 used bitwise operations and GCC 13.3.0 used constant-time `cmov`; the pure-Ruby path is not affected by this flaw and separately makes no constant-time claim. GCC 16 and clang were untested, and point releases, targets, and flag combinations were not exhaustively bisected. `Earlier pre-0.17.0 versions had different constant-time issues rather than this introduced select idiom.` Version 0.18.0 contains the verified fix. The advisory's broad pre-0.18.0 guidance also covers earlier, different constant-time issues; whether this CVE groups those issues or only the select idiom introduced in 0.17.0 remains unresolved. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121604 | 2026-11-03 | 3.3 Low | ||
| wlroots before 0.20.2 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in read_surface_class() in xwayland/xwm.c that allows local X11 clients to leak compositor heap memory. Attackers can set a WM_CLASS property with a NUL-terminated instance but unterminated class, exposing over-read heap bytes as the window class or app_id over IPC. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111959 | 1 Apache | 1 Arrow Rust | 2026-11-03 | 6.5 Medium |
| Out-of-bounds read vulnerability in Apache Arrow Rust (`arrow` crate), from version 33.0.0 through to versions 57.3.1, 58.4.0, 59.3.1 and 60.0.0.
