CVSS v3.1 |
| A buffer overflow vulnerability in the PAPI protocol of HPE Networking AOS-10 could allow an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to access sensitive information. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to retrieve information which could be used to potentially gain further access to network services supported by AOS-10, and to interrupt the normal operation of the affected service. |
| The Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) in Windows 10 and 11 may allow an attacker to bypass firmware security controls, including administrator-configured UEFI/BIOS passwords. An attacker with physical or administrative access to a device may be able to leverage WinRE-related boot mechanisms to circumvent firmware protections and gain unauthorized access to system resources. |
| Uncontrolled recursion in MessagePack\BufferUnpacker::unpack() in rybakit/msgpack versions prior to 0.11.0 allows attackers to cause a denial of service through memory exhaustion when an application decodes deeply nested, attacker-controlled MessagePack input. |
| The Nginx routing configuration for Cloud Controller blocks unauthenticated access to /internal/v4/ and /internal/v5/ endpoints but omits an equivalent deny rule for /internal/v3/. As a result, the staging callback endpoints /internal/v3/staging/:guid/droplet_completed and /internal/v3/staging/:guid/build_completed are reachable from the public API listener without OAuth or mutual TLS.
An attacker with a valid build or droplet GUID can submit a forged staging callback, transition a droplet to STAGED, and persist arbitrary process metadata and sidecar data with no associated package or actor. A SpaceAuditor can enumerate GUIDs without write permissions, making this an effective privilege escalation beyond the intended role boundary. |

| Pi-hole is a DNS sinkhole that protects devices from unwanted content without installing any client-side software. From 6.4.2 until 6.5, the root-run advanced/Scripts/updatecheck.sh cron job applies truncate -s 0 and chmod 644 to /etc/pihole/versions while following symbolic links in a directory owned by the pihole user. An attacker executing as pihole can replace that path with a symlink so the scheduled root operations truncate or create an arbitrary root-owned file, or race the operations so chmod makes a sensitive target world-readable without truncating it. This issue is fixed in version 6.5. |
| External control of file name or path in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| Use after free in Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Stack-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Imaging Component allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Integer overflow or wraparound in Windows Imaging Component allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Buffer over-read in Windows Win32K allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Win32K allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| Use after free in Graphic Fonts allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, a stack buffer overflow in the H.323 `ooTrace()` trace-logging function can occur when unbounded `vsprintf` writes into a fixed `2048-byte buffer`. A remote attacker may send a carefully crafted packet that causes the Asterisk process to crash. The `chan_ooh323` addon channel driver must be explicitly compiled and installed, which is not the default, and its port must be publicly reachable. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. |
| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3, an authenticated attacker with read-only permissions for the `Asterisk REST Interface (ARI)` may, under certain conditions, execute write operations through `REST-over-WebSocket`. The authorization bypass permits `arbitrary module path` loading and conditional remote code execution. The Asterisk HTTP web server must be enabled and reachable, and the attacker must already have valid `read-only ARI credentials`. HTTP is disabled by default and binds only to 127.0.0.1 by default even when enabled. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 22.8-cert3. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, an unauthenticated user could send a single crafted request to the Splunk Web JavaScript logger endpoint and cause Splunk Web to stop responding to requests. Splunk Web remains unavailable until Splunk Enterprise is restarted.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Web does not limit request-header parsing before processing the request. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle SOA Suite product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Fabric Layer). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle SOA Suite. While the vulnerability is in Oracle SOA Suite, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle SOA Suite accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.6 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:N/A:N). |
